Was denied access to their services...TWICE. Submitted a referral to see one of the psychiatrists at the clinic and received a call informing me that my GP had actually declined the referral because the GP thought it was too far"

Highly recommend avoiding the practise. Inexperienced, rude and very unprofessional practitioners (specifically Dr. Catling). Quite unfortunate for the south west, but it is well worth travelling to perth to see experienced and professional psychiatrists who have the ability (and desire) to monitor the drugs they perscribe and are proactive in your care management.Dont waste your time or money at this clinic.

After six months I am yet to have had a face to face appointment with Kelly Palmer, yet she conducted a major change to my meds without even meeting me. This resulted in a major change in my mental health, and worse still, she charged for full length appointments when we'd only had a ten minute consultation over the phone. Sent her a four page letter in an effort to let her get to know me better and received no response. Would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr Elena Krylova is absolutely amazing. I was so nervous going in to my first session but she is incredibly understanding, empathetic and knowledgeable. The ladies in reception were wonderful as well. I would recommend this clinic 100%. Thank you guys a million.

I personally had a very good experience with Dr. Catlin, he was very welcoming and supportive during my first consultation. I felt like he had a lot of knowledge, and is willing to work with me to get to the bottom of the problem.The receptionist is also very, very nice, and incredibly friendly.

Would give no stars if I could. Was scheduled to have a phone appointment however after over half an hour of waiting never received a single phone call and was still expected to pay for this appointment that never happened
