A pleasure to deal with.Dr. Febbo (and the receptionist) are attentive, friendly and helpful.I'd highly recommend this practise.

I have tried to book appointments for myself and my son at various points over the last six months. Psychologists we would like to see have appointments available to book on line, ring the clinic to book be told no female Psychologists are taking on new clients at all unless I would like to be seen as a private full fee paying patient.Do not advertise that you accept a mental health care plan appointments if you are not able to offer an appointment at any time during a six month period. What an absolute joke! You are still getting $195 per appointment regardless of private patient or care plan the only difference is you have to wait a week for Medicare to process the rebate, Money hungry clinic!

You barely get a response from reception and then the psychiatrists stonewall you as well. No interest in actually helping patients. It's just money, money, money.

My husband seen Dr. Annie Abraham yesterday and felt very supported and heard at the end of his appointment. Admin staff are extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended. They were flexible and open to assisting us when many were not. We very much appreciated Dr Bhaduri's personable approach and level of care. It made a big difference.

Extremely happy with Jane. She explained everything so well, helped me to understand the way my brain works and why it does what it does. I really appreciate this as I want to know why, understand how and not just treat with medication alone. She was very professional and took me seriously. I don't usually leave reviews but made the extra effort to do so for Jane as I am so happy with the service she provided.

Dr Mo is fantastic, he thoroughly listens and responds to my concerns (even if there are quite a few) with kindness and genuine concern. I have previously dealt with nice Psychiatrists however I feel Dr Mo's approach is well balanced as he listens effectively, makes you feel cared about and also gets straight to the point (in a amiable way). In addition to the great experience with Dr Mo, his support staff (in particular, Christie) are especially friendly and professional. Christie has helped me on many occasion and made the transition to Dr Mo care very easy. I highly recommend life point clinic to anyone seeking their services.

THE WORST! DO NOT GO HERE! Dr Febbo DOES NOT LISTEN very quick to diagnose you with ADHD without listening to anything else you're saying or how you are feeling, turns out I have PTSD & Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Cost me $500 for an hour that was a complete waste of time, I was having a mental breakdown and wanted to talk to the nurse and she wouldn't ring me back and still hasnt given me my prescription. They basically just want your Money and have no actual consideration for your health. I am now under Mirrabooka Health who are amazing, I recommend you go there instead.
